Workshop Eight

This is a photograph of patterns. First I did a drawing of the circles with a pencil. Then I used inks with a brush and a pen with a nib. It looks like a plate.

This is a photograph of my Shining Reggae album cover. My artwork is about music with a dragon and a horse. I love it! I like the colours that I used. I got my ideas from a book about design. I used a transfer for the title.

Workshop Eight

This is a photograph of us using the mouse on the computer to add a picture to the website.

We have been working as a team at the South London Gallery making art for an exhibition and a book of record covers. This is a photograph of the Mothership that takes you to the Moon and Mars and outa space.

Block printing on the record covers.

Workshop Four

I have called the record Dancing Shoes. Behind the record cover is the theme of 'dancing'.They are doing the light fantastic!

Workshop Three

Printing the designs on coloured paper on the outside of the record cover. The ideas came from making the kaleidoscopes and choosing a theme and type of music for each record.

Workshop Three

This is my design. The design is for the inside cover of my record sleeve. I found designing the hardest and painting the easiest. I have used ink paints and put brush on paper.

Workshop One

It was interesting to know how a kaleidoscope is made.
We made triangle shapes into a pattern and we used matching colors.

COSMIC COVERS: Workshop One
