Workshop 7

This week I was doing some animation on the laptop. I learnt how to use a monoprint to make an animation or cartoon. I was drawing shapes and making new ones as well. The materials I am using are tracing paper and pencils.

Animation

Each member of the group took it in turns to move their sculpture to make the different parts of the set move for the animation. We took over 700 frames of animation.

Animation

To learn how animation is made, the group created a set using their sculptures and made their first group animation.

Postcard image

I like the work that I have done because I love drawing. My picture is on blackboard and I painted it with inks and paints.

Workshop 5

After lunch l took photographs of my work with the digital camera and lights with a soft box. The photographs are for our book. The books are for our exhibition.

Workshop 5

I have been making a model for the table. Then I drew it on a black foamboad and have been drawing it and colouring it with oil pastels. I have finished my drawing of the Power Station building. I was using a special pen with the black ink, it is beautiful.

Workshop 4

I enjoyed everything about today. I was glad that I was trusted to use the stanley knife and glue gun to make my sculpture.

I enjoyed making the sculptures out of wood.

Workshop 4

I used wood, paints, cable ties and different papers to make a sculpture. I found it hard to put it together as it was something new. I liked making my tower because we were working together.

Workshop 4

I drew the sculptures on black foam board and used paints and pens.
