The Animal Mineral Vegetable Collection was produced by eleven members of the Rathbone Youth Project in Lambeth. The group worked at the South London Gallery in response to the Mark Dion exhibition Microcosmographia. During research visits to the Darwin centre at the Natural History Museum the group spent time with research scientists investigating a wide range of specimens. Over a series of nine workshops working with Intoart artists collective the group have invented, catalogued and documented their own collection. This publication accompanies an exhibition at the South London Gallery's education space 2^nd to 9^th October 2005.
